 Single Drive Coaxial Dispersers
Patented design for mixing and dispersing of products with a very wide range of viscosities, such as inks, caulks, paints, dyestuffs, texturing compounds, putties, adhesives, etc. The Co-axial Disperser can handle product viscocities in excess of 1,000,000 cps, yet can equally handle those jobs normally done by a high speed disperser. In many instances, the Co-Axial Disperser will replace much more expensive sigma-blade and/or cone/worm type mixers. The Co-Axial Disperser is virtually several machines built into one.

Patented design for mixing and dispersing products with high viscosity and poor flow characteristics, such as: inks, caulks, dyestuffs, texturing compounds, putties, adhesives, resins, flush pigments, etc. Easily handles viscosities. in excess of 1,000,000 CPS. Virtually several machines in one, this model combines a slow-speed, high-torque blade with a high-speed, high-sheer blade. The slow-speed blade operates at 20 to 115 RPM; the high-speed blade from 400 to 2000 RPM. Agitator ratios are variable because of the two motor system.
