Our new Variable-Speed Rotor/Stator was designed for high-speed dispersing, mixing, size reduction and deagglomerating...at significant cost savings compared to conventional high-speed dispersers with sawtooth blades.

Faster dispersion times - dispersion times reduced by 60% to 75% over conventional dispersers.
Higher shear action - provides intensive high shear (within the velocity of a high-speed disperser)
Variable speed - easy operator control of blade speed.
Less maintenance required - bearing retainer plates are enclosed and easily removed - no shaft coupling.

Post mounted - operator controlled movement up, down and 360° rotation.
